Question 1

What is Facely?

Accepted Answer

Facely is an AI studio that creates faceless videos — AI Short and AI Story Video — with no editing: script, images, voice, captions and assembly are done automatically.

Question 2

Do I need any video editing skills?

Accepted Answer

No. Write an idea or paste a script and Facely handles the images, voiceover, captions and edit. You can then fine-tune scenes in the editor.

Question 3

Which video quality can I choose?

Accepted Answer

For an AI Short you pick the quality in the Models step: 480p, 720p or 1080p depending on the video model. The higher the quality, the sharper the video and the more credits it costs; the price updates before you generate.

Question 4

Which languages are supported for voiceover?

Accepted Answer

15 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.

Question 5

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Settings. Access lasts until the end of the current period. Payments are final: no refunds, not even partial.

Question 6

Can I earn from videos generated by Facely AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can monetize your videos on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, use them for clients or to promote your own products — you're free to monetize everything.
